Who I Work With

I work with older adolescents (16+) and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained by stress, depression, work pressure, relationships, or major life transitions. Many also seek support around identity, including immigration experiences and racial/cultural identity concerns. I provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, so they can move toward greater stability, self-understanding, and a sense of direction.

Therapy Fee

I believe therapy should be accessible and transparent. 

Below is a brief overview of fees and insurance information.

• 53-Minute Sessions

• Private pay rate: $135 per session. I offer a sliding scale.

• 24-hour Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency, such as natural disasters, illness, or medical emergencies involving yourself, a family member, or a pet.
